Vault Extension to the S3 API

The Vault system supports an optional request parameter meta=true. This extension works exactly as described for GET Bucket (List Objects), except that for "GET Bucket Object Versions", in the response body the metadata element will be nested in the Version element and DeleteMarker element of the ListVersionsResult object.
